Between April and September, beer demand can triple for some brewers, especially those with a strong presence in the on-trade (cafes, hotels, restaurants), both directly and through wholesalers. Here are some popular beers during the sunny months, often ‘service beers’ for events, festivals and outdoor areas: Keg beer, highly sought after in the on-trade & for events. Light beers (session IPA, wheat beer, lager, light fruit beers, non-alcoholic beer…). Without timely production planning, many brewers face stock shortages! Avoid shortages with flexible and custom-brewed batches! We can brew volumes from 12 hL to 500 hL… and even more! Your advantage as a brewer:
