The importance of an advanced quality laboratory

When you have your beer produced externally, you are handing over part of the process. This requires complete trust. To support that trust, BCB has a state-of-the-art quality laboratory.

We use advanced measuring instruments (such as those from Anton Paar) to monitor every step of the process. This laboratory is essential for:

  1. Flavor stability: We monitor the chemical composition of your beer so that batch 10 is identical to batch 1.
  2. Shelf life: By precisely measuring parameters such as dissolved oxygen (TPO), we ensure your beer stays fresh even after months on the shelf.
  3. Yeast management: Monitoring yeast vitality ensures a perfect and clean fermentation.

More than just beer: packaging control

Quality doesn’t stop at the liquid. Packaging is the only barrier between your product and the outside world. Especially when filling cans, technical precision is crucial.

At BCB, we pay special attention to the seam (the lid closure). A can that is not perfectly airtight loses carbonation and oxidizes very quickly. Using specialized measuring equipment, we control the mechanical quality of the seal down to the micrometer. This ensures a flawless product from the first drop to the last.
